Cam tuning

It is embarrassing to have to admit that I've had a Wicked Ridge Warrior crossbow for almost two years and didn't immediately notice that the cams have dimples along the perimeter that I assume are used to synchronize the limbs and string. The string meets the perimeter of the cam on one limb at a particular dimple but at a completely different dimple on the cam on the other limb. Is this clear indication that the bow needs attention or does this just result from the string stretching through use?

Seems to me if it was just the string they would still be the same? More likely the cables are stretching at different rates?
