CBE Sniper Pro X Adjustment

Bought a CBE Sniper Pro X and unless I'm missing something it is darn near impossible to adjust the elevation of each individual pin. As you can see there is no way to tighten them because the allen screws are blocked by other parts of the sight. The way they sit now I could tighten 4 of the 5 but they are nowhere near sighted in yet. This is a 5 pin sight and you can only see 4 pins in my picture because one is blocked from view by the black screw. There is a quarter inch of adjustment left in the slot toward the bottom of the housing (hidden by the big ol chunk of metal with the R on it) but since I can't tighten the screws if they are there it's useless. I can't imagine why they would make a $160 sight like this. Anyone have any ideas? I'll probably end up returning it for something different
