So, the answer is..............

Yes.

A 20 twist barrel will shoot Hornady PA Conicals !! At least, this one will.

Still shooting, but at 50 yards its paper-punching perfectly clean holes through the cardboard like a wadcutter. My daughter's first ever flintlock shots #1 and #2 went through 1 3/4" apart !!! We're just moving the POI to meet the POA and this girl's goin' huntin' with Daddy !!!


She's not real fond of the smell, though...……….

Try this black powder, low odor, shoots great, 2f SCHUETZEN POWDER is same size as goex 3f

Forgot to add that I just started out by tossing the same 80 grain charge in the 20 twist gun as I do in my Mountain Rifle...…… and that's the only charge weight I had to try !! Recoil is VERY gentle for a little gun.


Sometimes ya just gits lucky !!!!
