TC Renegade Williams firesight question

Has anyone installed a set of these on their renegade? They are listed for sale on midwayusa and Williams website. Both websites say "for tc muzzleloader with octagon barrels". So does it fit the 1" renegade barrel or the 15/16" Hawken barrel? I have emailed both companies with no response and called Williams only to be on hold for a half hour.

Not sure but they might be flat on the bottom and screw into a dovetail so that they would fit all dice octagon barrels

The rear sight is held down by 2 screws. The Williams sight in the picture shows three sides of an octagon that would basically straddle the barrel and is held down by two screws. What I can't find anywhere is what size barrel the sight base corresponds to

I have a set for my Renegade, part # 66654. I'm only using the front sight from the set as I'm running an aperture on the rear, but I just checked my gun and the rear from the set fits.

Thanks loridor! It sets flush on all three sides of the base?

It's seems to be a hair of a loose fit, but yes, it sits flat on the flats. It would definitely be too wide for a 15/16 barrel. Plus the holes for the screws do line up with the pre-drilled holes from the original sight. It's definitely the correct part # for the Renegade.

The front sight is narrow and not as wide as the flat, and is probably interchangeable between the Renegade and Hawken, assuming the dove tails are the same.

There also must have been different sight arrangements at one point.

I have TC replacement fiber optics on a TC. I was only able to get 1 of the rear sight screws in. 15 years later with blue lock Tite on the 1 screw and it's never moved...but I don't like it. I believe the replacement was shorter..my gun is fairly early..
