Lyman deerstalker carbine

Has any one had any dealing with a Lyman Deerstalker Carbine?
It has a 22 inch barrel instead of the 24 inch one. The barrel is hex to round and is a .50 cal.
The barrel is stamped Deerstalker .50 cal and the Lyman info also.
I heard that it was just made for a couple of year in the late 1990's.

That's different! I've never laid eyes on one of those. I had a deerstalker years ago, but nothing like that. Pretty Cool, nice find.

I have a traditions buckskinner that has a 21” barrel of that style. Mine even has a “modern” type rifle stock with a raised comb.
