Brrr....

Looking forward to this Saturday but with the high forecast to be 21 degrees and a low in the morning of 7, it is going to be a bit nippy! This should get the deer on their feet to feed in the early afternoon, though. Stopped by WalMart on my way home from work to load up on hand and toe warmers for Friday and Saturday.

Some of my best days in flintlock have been on the coldest days.

Heater Body Suit will be on for the morning and evening sits! They truly are the best.

Looking forward to some snow and colder weather...not really excited about how cold though. Oh well! All part of the fun!

Will be first time back up at camp since rifle opener. Will be doing chainsaw habitat work in morning and early afternoon followed up by evening sit over food plot. Can't wait!

Forecast for around here is mid to high 20's and lows in the mid teens, with light snow Thurs night into Fri morning. Hoping to get in some snow cammie time on Saturday. That is, if I can get a ride to my spot. I'm without my truck until next week due to transmission work.
