TC Hawken parts

While replacing my flint, I snapped the screw that clamps the jaws together. I sent an e-mail to TC, and almost two weeks later, no answer. So, I sent a second e-mail and still no answer. Any ideas where I might find one on line?
Thanks.

Re: TC Hawken parts

Ebay always has some of those, search Thompson Center Hawken.

Re: TC Hawken parts

Have always been impressed w/ T/C's service. Ex: Sent them my old Thunderhawk in-line (16+ years old?) which had a crack in the forend stock. They put on a new camo stock (no longer made the wooden stock), cleaned it up and replace my old, battered, nicked up ramrod w/ a new one. All for free. All I paid for was shipping it tio them. They really stand by their lifetime warranty.

Re: TC Hawken parts

I called them Monday and they are sending me a new hammer,I don't email, I call and get great results, also you could send it to the T/C repair address and they will rebuild the lock and return it ,but some one has to sign for it when it comes back.

I never call.I send the part that needs replaced with a note and get a new one in return.
