Looking for suggestions on 32 or 36 cal flinter

I have made up my mind that this winter I'm going to buy a "plinking" flintlock. I'm not sold yet on which size to get, I've seen all the arguments for both. I figure that will be settled when I decide on a manufacturer since it looks like they chamber for one or the other.

My dilemma now is what brand to look at. I really don't have the money to buy a true custom, but I don't want some cheap off the shelf gun. My issue is some flintlocks just don't fit me. I really like to pick them up to see how they fit. Which makes me nervous about buying something from Dixie or Tennessee Valley. Please help me before I end up at Cabela's and buy a Pedersoli.

Oh, and I should note that I would like to find a kit gun if at all possible. I am good with wood finishes and need a winter project. So I would like to personalize whatever I get if possible.

Remember, shoot straight and shoot often.
Good... Bad... I'm the guy with the gun.

Look on "Track of the Wolf" web site.

I have a .32 you can look at and shoot, if you want to get together some time. its not for sale, but it would give you some ideas for what you are looking for.

can't go wrong with a chambers kit.

If an inline is just like a flintlock why don't you get a flintlock so you can hunt more seasons?

I have a Pedersoli Scout Carbine flinter in .32. I really like the rifle, very accurate. I tried 20 grains and later 25 but 30 seems to give the best groups.

You could also Google tip curtis.
Call him. Very nice rifles in the white. Or as kits.
