Re: shooting

Me too, not enough, I plan on taking it out after the weather warms up and trying different loads and see what I can wring out of it. I did go out during the late season, but not as much as I could have.

Re: shooting

Black powder shoots, plinking, hunting, just punching holes? It's a 12 month activity for me to some degree. Some weeks I shoot more than others. I guess basically, I never stop. It doesn't cumulate with deer season. Way to much fun to be had to limit myself to that...

Re: shooting

Am a Member of the Jefferson County Longrifles. Try to attend most of their Monthly Shoots. My oldest Son just picked up a Tip Curtis Flinter from Track of the Wolf so hopefully He will start attending Too. My Youngest Son is a crack shot and usually places. Too dang old to shoot in the Cold Weather shoots!! Used to go to the Upper Allegheny , and Samples Border Rangers Rhondys. Haven`t been there for a few Years though. Been shooting Black Powder since the 70`s. I guess once You start it just stays in Your Blood.....

Re: shooting

If it would'nt be for my other bad habits(fishing , Boating and traditional archery) I would shoot alot more but i still manage too burn 8 to 10 pounds of black powder a year.

Re: shooting

Not as much as I should. Don't really care to shoot by myself all the time. Haven't met anybody at the gun club that shoots.
