Looks like fun. What kind of set up do you have there to shoot? Looks like heís shooting out of a building. Got me thinking how nice it would be to be able to have a bench set up near a window with a range outside. No loading up stuff and hauling it outside . All the goodies I would need right there at my disposal.

today was a great day to have the "gun room". it has rained about all day, but we could still spend the day shooting, taking our time and enjoying it. I have 25 steel targets out to 175 yards, with many of them being ar 500 for shooting rifles at. a lot of .22 and handgun targets. the "room" is 8' x 20', insulated and heated and soon to have a small A/C to keep it cool when I am out there. I can shoot, reload, work on guns and build flintlocks. I waited a lot of years for it and I really enjoy it and spend a lot of time out there.

Wow! That would be a great thing for a guy to plan for when building a home/garage. A shooting range with all the comforts of home.

Good job, Granddad!

When you are up to your butt in alligators, it is hard to remember your intent was to drain the swamp. Stay focused!

its tough being a good granddad with the kids living over by Cleveland Ohio. I try to expose them to the things I think are important and hopefully it will stick. we did dodge the rain this morning to spend a little time with the fly rod in the pond before they went home.
