Bull/Cow breakdown

Are there any tally's in yet ? How many Bull/Cow Elk were taken in the PA hunt ?

as of fri all the bulls tags were filed and i beleive there was around 17 cow tags still unfilled...thats what i was told at the check station

Wow! 17 out of 46 unfilled. That's alot , 37%
I'm sure it will come down, wonder how many if any are out this week hunting .

any one that banks on the ext elk season to harvest their animal is setting themselves up for failure! the chances of that happening are less than drawing the tag!! the ext season excludes the elk management area meaning you have to find one outside of the established range

Yea, that is definantly the needle in the hay stack there.
What is record for unfilled tags?
This would have to be it , IF ,there are still 17 tags out.
I know there are a few every year, but not this many.
Curious as to zone breakdown.
