Looking for Place to 2B Bear Hunting

I live just outside of Apollo, but have never hunted in 2B. I was looking to do some bear hunting in the early archery/muzzleloader season. So if you have a problem with a bear at your house or farm and wouldnt mind me taking a wack at it with a bow, I would be greatly appreciative of the opputunity. send me a PM and we can talk about it.

I will add that I can trade deer hunting for it.

Good luck. I know for sure there are a few around, but guys are being extremely hush hush about it. I would be completely shocked if one isn't taken during the first week of archery.

I completely agree...was hoping to find someone who didnt care about a black gohst but wanted good deer or turkey hunting where I am. I know of one that is within 3 miles of the line...but thats the wrong side of the road.

I'll be shocked if one is taken in 2B.Not real common you know.2B has limited access as well. The guy that got a bear in Fawn twp last year was a local with connections.

Re: Looking for Place to 2B Bear Hunting

You dont necessarily have to look in 2B for bears. Theres quite a few around locally here, but they are "top secret"
I've got a camera out now trying to catch one I've seen locally.

Re: Looking for Place to 2B Bear Hunting

Checkster, you have to be in 2B (technically and I am a technival person) to use a bow in the early september through november season. Like I said, I know where one is on your side of the river, but that doesnt help(maybe same bear). (PS dont worry about taking pictures of it, I will post one for you of it in the back of our truck come november.... :-)
