Geezer season bear

With an earlier geezer rifle season for bear what are your thoughts on calling. Seems like it might be worth a try.

Interesting idea. Bears will come to fawn bleats and other distress calls. I don't THINK electronic callers would be legal because the digest lists what you can use them for and bear is not on the list.

Listen, or your tongue will make you deaf.

"When a pine needle falls in the forest, the eagle sees it, the deer hears it, and the bear smells it."

you could drive for deer and bear at the same time, muzzle loader is in at the same time seniors can take deer or bear...dress light and give it a go.

Best of luck.

Is this some kind of sneaky trick to get rid of all the geezers?

I have called bears in while calling for coyotes, jack and/or cottontail in distress.
bohunr and Dogface like this.

I carry a gun because I'm to young to die and to old to take a ass whipping.

Yeah, the standers may have to wait until the next day until the drivers get close .
