Liking my chances for archery and muzzy season. Getting a lot of bear pics on my cams.

Hope they don't pull the disappearing act like they usually seem to do? Last week we had bears on all 5 cams, a bear running thru my buddies yard, and one taking a crap in my brother's yard!

Been waiting for the bear talk to start. I don't get excited for elk, probably because I don't hunt it.

I get excited for bear season as soon as the season ends. Going to try and hunt a few days of the muzzleloader season. Regular season is up in the air do to camp needed rebuilt. Was down last week to mow and had 2 bears in the yard when I pulled in. There definitely around as long as the food holds up.

My partner & I have been threatening to put some time in before the firearm hunt but it seems to come & go quick. Hopefully this year we will get to do some Pike Co. "scouting" with archery/flintlocks before the firearm season.

Forget about the danger...think of the fun!

I'm getting itchy as well. My group is actually planning on getting together to put on drives for the inline season perhaps.

I’m pretty optimistic this year. Have a sow with three cubs and at least two different older bears that we’ve seen fairly regularly all summer. I would really love to take one with a bow or flintlock.
