Elk Harvest

As of noon the first day, the PGC site lists 10 cows and 0 bulls being checked in.

I wonder if WW has connected yet? I sure hope his guide stays in line!

That could be an option. I will tied up with Veteran hunts Tuesday and Wednesday though.

I connected on a cow elk yesterday morning at 6:51. Was hunting in zone 2 on a diy hunt. What a great experience. When I get back home I will post details and pics. The cow had a field dressed weight of 382 lbs with an estimated live weight of 496 lbs.

Tagged my bull out at 650am along with the other zone 8 bull hunter yesterday. When we got into the check, we were the 2nd and 3rd bulls. A few more have been through since.
