Hunter kills Griz.

Was going to post in the other thread where the guide got killed, but didn't want to confuse the flavor of that thread with a different story. Kind of a related story though ?

I thought we were now using the Linnaeus classification system when referring to bears on HPA. I'm confused.

Actually, this is one of the arguments against a hunt, that there are a number of bears already being taken through incidents like this.

That was the 2nd grizzly killed in a week by a bow hunter (3rd if you count the cub). There really should be a season on them.

Ps.146:9 "The Lord watches over the sojourners".

What is not bizarre about a federal judge thinking he knows better how to manage the bear population than trained wildlife professionals?
