Garden Veggies & upcoming cold spell

I have kale, brussel sprouts & eggplant left...
How will they weather upcoming cold? & wintry mix???
My eggplants are still yellow?
Thanks for any help...feedback nvr grew these before?

Last nights freeze finally took out the peppers and tomatoes. November 3rd....not bad.

Lost my eggplants, but the kale & brussel sprouts are roaring...
It's amazing... Farmer told me both get better when they get hit with frost!,

I won't even touch my Brussels sprouts before a frost. I've heard kale ccan survive the winter and produce more greens in the spring. Gonna try it myself this year. I still have broccoli, leeks, and carrots as well.
