I concur. Definitely spaghetti squash. Enjoy!! They are delicious. A friend told me about an easy way to cook them and it's the only way I make them now. Poke a few holes in the skin with a knife, place in your slow cooker (crock pot) with about 1/2 a cup of water. Cook for 2 1/2 hours on high. Carefully remove squash and allow to cool a little. Cut in half. Scoop out seeds. Use a fork and scrape "spaghetti" out and season as desired. Works perfectly every single time!
