then there's always Welch's wine... 2 cans of welchs grape juice, some sugar, enough water to fill the gallon wine bottle to the right level...mix to incorporate it all, then put a balloon on the mouth to wait for the yeast to bloom. when the balloon starts to deflate in a week or so, it's ready to rock your world.
I KNOW i oversimplified this...please google the recipe (i'm too darn lazy to do it right now) and double check me. I know it tastes like a cheap Italian Red - great for cooking beef and venison with!
