Chicken Mushrooms and Hen of The Woods....Yep they taste like chicken and you can use them in chicken dishes. To enhance them I boil mine not in water but chicken bullion.

Oyster and Lobster mushrooms....It says it....they taste like Seafood and can be used in many Seafood dishes....

Bricktops? Choice but no! They do not taste like a brick!!!!!!

"Death Angel" is another one that pretty much says it all, and something everyone should become familiar with to avoid mistakes.

Chicken mushroom, (sulphur shelf). found some very fresh ones this fall. When I cut the tips the moisture screamed fresh. I breaded them and placed them individually on a cookie sheet and placed in freezer. when froze I placed them in a freezer bag. When your ready for them, place them in your hot oil while still froze. Awesome nuggets
