How's the Canning

That time of year when I love the look of our pantry filled with canning jars. So far did green beans, pickled beets, hot dills, rosie peppers, bread and butter peppers, hot pepper jelly, and spaghetti sauce. We usually put up around 400 jars each year. Will be doing corn, apple sauce, more tomatoes, and sauerkraut soon. How's your canning season going?

Just finished a batch of elderberry jelly tonight. Next some grape jelly and apple butter.

Did 12 quarts of marinara sauce and 2 pints of ketchup so far. I still have a lot of tomatoes coming on so I expect that number to grow. I'll be doing fox grape jelly either this weekend or next then applesauce in about a month or so.
