Chanterelles?

Anyone looking/finding any chanterelles yet? I found some last year near the middle of July, but I haven't made it out yet this year.

Re: Chanterelles?

Was out today and saw a few just starting to poke up through the leaves. I found some horse mushrooms yesterday but they were already past their prime. Too many bugs in them for me.

Wait for a soaking rain, then check 1-2 days after.
