Yum yum, just fried some up for breakfast breaded with flour and some tony C's creole seasoning. This is the best chicken of the woods i have found, most have been tender but this one just melts in your mouth, its better than any of the oyster mushroom i have found this year.
How do you prepare them and how do you cook them? Any secret recipes? Do you soak them over night or anything? I found a bunch today and have never eaten them but would like to try them. Any tips would be great. Thanks.
