Pushing Leaves in December

I planted 5 blue berry bushes this spring. They've taken very well to the transplant. With these warm temperatures every bush has now pushed out new leaves on some, but not all branches. Leaves were predominately pushed off on the new sprouts. old growth has buds but not yet opened up.

Should I be concerned? eventually the temps will drop & we'll actually see winter arrive. I'm hoping that it doesn't set back the bushes or kill them completely.
