Lifer for me . Actually I think a sea duck from more less coastal water Longtailed duck also called old squaw .

Nice, they are popping up everywhere this last week. If you have open water keep an eye out for Red-necked Grebes and White-winged Scoters. The Great Lakes are nearly frozen and many birds are heading south!
