taken last year after a late spring snow...haven't had a chance to get out yet this year to try
to find another cooperative one...

Outstanding pictures! For some reason they're always behind the house in the spring and fall. It's about the only place I ever flush them.

I actually flushed one yesterday...first time I ever saw one near my house. Pretty birds!!!
