Posing Grouse

Yesterday morning while taking a walk I encountered a grouse who seemed unafraid of me. In fact it posed on a fence rail and in a tree for many shots.
Just for the heck of it I did one in black and white format, what do ya think, I kind of liked the effect. Been a "long" time since I photographed anything in B&W.

i think the whites are blown out and takes away from the grouse
neat pose though

Yeah I think I got a little carried away lightening that one for sure.
Back to the drawing board, good thing I shoot raw now it should be easy to correct.
