Can you tell what I was taking a picture of?

Picture #1 - This one is easy


Picture #2 - Anybody know what the species is and what gender it is?


#3 - Any guesses what I was looking at here?

I see the head of a deer wayyy back in the middle of the field.

The bird appears to be a female (Junco hyemalis) Dark eye junco

For the 3rd pic is there a green insect right smack in the center of the pic? Hard to tell.

I got the deer and the katy did(i think?) but I have no clue what the bird is.

Got the two ears of the dow right away in the first pic.
I think I see the devil's face also in the first picture: nine o'clock, where dark meets light within the mist.....

#2 - Female Eastern Towhee

#3 - Katydid (I watched a bunch of these fly into the bushes and I still had a hard time finding them to get pics!
