Box turtle laying eggs

Its not uncommon to see 2 or 3 box turtles every year at our home in Beaver county. This year is no different, however this year we got a special treat by witnessing a female laying eggs in our mulch just off our driveway.
enjoy

Re: Box turtle laying eggs

Definitely something you don't see every day. I would love to see a follow-up when they hatch. I can't say I've ever seen young wild turtles other than snappers.
