Coopers Hawk hanging around the house

I've had a pair of Cooper's hawks hanging around the house. It seems as though they may be taking over an old squirrel nest and building on top of it. I caught this one feeding on something. Two of the pics have a squirrel in them.

It looks like the pair moved along. Haven't seen them in a few days and the nest doesn't look like it's being worked on. I was really looking forward to seeing them raise young. I had a clear view off the back porch. The spotting scope helped a bit though.

I have a pair of red shouldered hawks that nest at my place every year. They successfully raised two chicks last year. They're back in the same nest sitting on eggs now.

I don't have ducks. I don't have rows. I have squirrels. And they're drunk.
