Can you ID this plant

Found this along the road above my place, never have seen it before or elsewhere. Cant find it in any of my books.
Help with ID appreciated.

G, I am guessing one of the <span style="font-style: italic">asclepias</span>. Probably <span style="font-style: italic">incarnata</span> or one of its variants. But having a leaf photo, county of origin, and habitat (which looks to be a meadow) would help more with ID.

Yes it is in my meadow in Jefferson County Pa. Never saw one like it before.

Griz...Is that some type of Joe-Pye weed? That's what I thought this was when I photographed the Butterfly.
