Sample of a "Seek Thermal" Image (Deer at 100 yds)

A seek thermal camera is very small and connects to the micro USB of a phone. FYI

You could print that image out at a large size on a high quality printer, frame it, and sell it at an art show.

I'm totally serious.

Using it for an injured deer is a great idea! Even if the deer is dead,it should still leave a good heat signature for several hours before it cools off.

I believe this technology will allow some improvements to recovering lost animals.

I believe it an electronic device and so it's probably illegal to use in the great state of Pa.

That's really cool. My brother and I were thinking about trying to rent a FLIR camera just to see where we might of had weak insulated spots in our houses. Cause the cold spots or areas of heat loss will show up on a thermal imaging camera, but this might be a more affordable option. Neat. Thanks for sharing!
