Finally got a picture of a yellow phase. I've never seen one this bright of yellow. This was way out in the middle of Quehanna and just like most of the rattlesnakes i've come across, they never rattled! Took a few pictures and left it be. Beautiful, but intimidating creature.
This is the black phase i found two years ago in Wykoff Run Natural Area.
