Going to print this one Nesting Goose

Just ordered artist prints of this one, lets hear from the waterfowl hunters on this one. What do ya think, should it sell?
I ask your opinion because I respect it.

Thanks

Griz

I'm no artist but I know what I like and it looks good. I took a picture a few years ago of a beaver mound in a lake on SGL 219 in Bradford co. with a goose swimming nearby. When I downloaded it on my computer I noticed a goose sitting on a nest on top of the mound. Cool accident

Re: Going to print this one Nesting Goose

I'm an avid waterfowler and think the pic is a great pic but really doesn't pull to the waterfowler in me. It has nothing to do with pic quality but rather the composition. As a waterfowler I wan't good pics of feet down, geese feeding in a snow covered field, a sentry at the edge of the flock as light fades, basically anything that will take you "there" for moments when you're out hunting. The pine tree and mound just doesn't say "hunting" to me. Like I said, great picture but I see it as more for someone who likes scenes or outdoors first and geese/hunting second.

Just an example here griz but here's a pic I love. It's not the clearest or most dramatic but man does it take me there. I can feel the weight in the air as you breathe in the fog, smell the wet vegetation and feel the coolness in the air. This picture, although simple says hunting.

This is another. This one is much clearer and very well executed. You can see every feather but at the same time I immediately picture this scene looking out my layout blind. That's what I love in a picture.
