Love the pics, so glad the warblers are back.

The Wood Thrush is not a Wood Thrush though, it is a Veery...a Wood Thrush would have bolder streaking farther down the belly.

Catch-and-Release wild trout.

I agree that it is not a wood thrush, believe that it is a Swainson's thrush, looks like a buffy color around the beak/eye. closer view would help to confirm ID.

One way to make sure crime doesn't pay would be to let the government run it.

I'm sticking with Veery, Swainson's have a more olive coloration to them and bolder spotting.
