Blald Eagle in flight.

Got to work early Monday after turkey hunting (shut mouth gobblers and too much wind) and was treated to the local eagle perched and ready to be relieved of nest duty. I captured these images in about a 15 minute period.

Leaving the nest tree.

It flew to an adjacent tree to relieve itself and then was gone hunting.

Shot with a Canon 5dmkIII with 100-400L These shots were cropped some and processed from raw format.

Re: Blald Eagle in flight.

Thanks Moss! And also to everyone else for their nice comments. It has a lot to do with the gear and learning how to use it to the best of your ability. I learn something with every photo opportunity. That is what it is all about.
