Living the dream!

Grilled moose steak, scrambled egg's and fresh asparagus from my new bed. Been waiting 2 years for some fresh asparagus! Life is good!

Never tried moose but they say its the best - even better than elk. Looks tasty.

Only thing I don't like about the whole thing is the portions....green should be covering 50% of your plate. And moose meat 50% with scrambled eggs filling the remaining 50% of the plate!

I had my first asparagus this year from my garden just yesterday. It was delicious. No moose steak around here but I did eat it with some of the last crappie fillets left in the freezer from last year. They were good to.

For me, that is a huge portion! I don't usually eat much, but I did finish all of that!
