Pork Goulash

To Hungarians "Goulash" is a generic term for all sorts of stews made from beef and also from pork. This one is deceptively simple, inexpensive, and loaded with flavor.
My Grandmother taught me to make this and I found a Grandma to teach you.
Enjoy!

I think even Lisa Douglas could handle that one! The sour cream is an interesting spin....I can't recall anything with sour cream that I haven't loved.

My doctor tells me sour cream hardens up the artery walls as well, so I guess that's a health benefit...strengthening those artery walls! And upping LDL numbers...more is always better!

Looks delicious...Ima gonna try it!
