Worked on a BIG batch of vegetable soup this weekend and had it on the stove all day today simmering to take to work tomorrow. Turnips, parsnips, cabbage, carrots, celery, onions, pea's, green beans, lima beans, corn, tomatoes, alot of potatoes and 6 pounds of moose meat. My stock pot is a 22 quart and it is almost full!
Looks great I Just made a big crock pot of deer stew using three packages of deer meat: 1 steak 2 loin chops. I mixed in peas, corn, green beans, sliced potatoes, beef bouillon cubes, dash of A-1 steak sauce and about 7 different spices plus a few dashes of herbs and spices. Hummm.
