I deal with Sausagemaker out in Buffalo N.Y. They've got their own dot com, two bricks and mortar stores, and some great folks manning the phones. Their spices and pre-mixes are fine.

Check out waltonsinc.com They have anything you may be looking for. I have not tried any of their mixes because I just discovered it, but they sell everything you need from residential to commercial.

I make my own from recipes off the internet, best one I've found was from allrecipes.com.,, type in search block, homemade Italian sweet and mild sausage then mix the spices with pork and venison.
