I got a recipe off Smoking Meat Forum that is awesome.

50% venison to 50% pork (ground pork meat) seems the right ratio after messing with it a few times, and the seasoning recipe I got from SMF is spot on.

I found some I had from before, Maybe 10 years ago, It was Witts. I got 1 hot italian and 1 sweet italian, mixed them together, Wife don't like hot. I used 8 level Tablespoons for 10 lb of meat. a little more than they say to use. Came out Great.
