Homemade Kielbasa and snack sticks and bologna

Years ago I used to make my own venison bologna in the 3# sticks. For whatever reason we started using Springman's Country Store in Muncy for all our ring bologna, snack sticks, kielbasa, etc. Springman's closed October 1st, so I'm back in the home made business.

Looking for recipes for venison kielbasa, (smoked) snack sticks, ring bologna.

Wishing I was at camp!

Conyager spices , they have all the ingredients needed to make snack / hot sticks ,jerky, bologna and Kielbasa in 10 # kits . I have used all the kits and have had great results. I make my own Kielbasa and add garlic to the recipe also the hot stick kits are spicy but not hot enough for me so I add extra cayenne pepper to ramp it up . They also will ship. They also have a recipe section on the web site
I hope this helps .

X3 on Con Yeager. Didn't look tonight but a few months ago all of their pre-fab kits were gone from the website. Called them and they explained a large big box store had bought all they had in stock. The recipes were still there.
They did take down the cooking directions that are listed on the back of pre-fab kits from the website (by mistake?). I think they are the same instructions for all the stuffed kits.
PM me with a phone # and I will take a pic of the directions if they haven't put it back on the website and you need it. I saved a package years ago as it covers both smoker and oven methods.

For snack sticks and sweet bologna. Look into Lancaster county sweet bologna mix. You will not regret it. You can add extra molasses or honey to the mix depending on how sweet you are looking for. I add hi temp cheese to my bologna and some jalapenos and it is awesome.
