combo of basic recipes
A number of folks asked me questions this year before the holidays about a variety of cooking subjects. I finally decided to write down some of my regular recipes and general processing guidelines; not how to make 3-2-1 ribs or the best method to cook deer steak. Added some recipes I use when doing camping\backcountry trips, but some I make at home. The recipes are meant to open doors to different methods of cooking as many books have been written by professionals about what I listed. The recipes are generally modifiable and a starting point to create your own personal recipes. Maybe it will give you some new ideas. I have made all of these multiple times, but the recipes are usually not my own; hand-me-down, modified from the original in a book, or created from a couple of similar recipes.
I am not a chef, butcher, or FDA employee so use at your own risk. DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ ON THE INTERNET!!
