Sweet balogna near Carlisle?

Had a friend that worked in Carlisle a few years back and he would take my deer meat and give it to someone on the dock that he worked with. That person would take it to a processor in that area and have the best sweet balogna made i ever had. It was in muslin cloth and it was smoked twice and had honey and pepper in it. Was trying to find the place possibly to get it done again. Hopefully someone knows who im talking about. Thanks

Potteiger's in New Kingston, is close to Carlisle, phone # 717-766-5959. They may be the place your talking about based on your description. Either way they make a great bologna.

If you don't mind driving a few Miles, Groff's in Elizabethtown makes the best venison and beef sweet bologna I ever tasted and I have tasted a lot.

You may also want to look into Warrington Farms between Dillsburg & Wellsvile. Reasonably priced and great quality.
