Phony Bologna

Need some help.. I used to buy a kit call phony bologna, I think it was made by Con Yeager. I cant seem to find it anywhere now. Any of you buy it or know where I can ?? If not what is the best bologna kit from ConYeager. We like those big logs not the small snack stick type. Thanks

I've never done business with Con Yeager so I can't help you there, but I have been buying supplies from Sausagemaker for about 40 years and feel they are very reputable. If you go to their dot com you'll find all sorts of pre mixed spices and any casings you might need.

I use Nesco Jerky Seasonings. Usually spice the original up with pepper.

Con yeager sells a trail and regular bologna kit . You can order by the kit or case on line . I use them all the time . The kits also come with the large casing.
