Annville PA deer processor

Hey all, I just relocated to Annville, PA and I am looking for a deer processor. Basic cuts, ground and snack sticks are the main items I normally get. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Most of the people I know from Lebanon Co. and S Berks Co. take their deer to Bur Pak, 98 E Rosebud Rd, Myerstown, PA 17067.

I caution you at dealing with bur-pak. I won’t blow them up on here. PM if you have questions.

I have always enjoyed Bair's Deer Processing in Elizabethtown. They make great snack sticks!

I'll second Hemperly's. Fairly quick turn around and he can make almost anything you want. A friend used to work part time for him and he runs a very clean operation.

Third on Hemperly's, especially if you like authentic Pa Dutch style sausage, real smoked bologna and other products. Your products will always be made from your own meat on clean equipment. Been using Lawson Hemperly since the mid 80's.
