Side dishes were spaghetti with a spicy red pepper sauce and cauliflower in an aged cheddar sauce.

An old cast aluminum gas grill that I coudn't find a replacement burner for, so I tore out the old burner and she now runs on solid fuel. That's handy because my place is a bit off road back in the woods and I always have wood to deal with after a big storm.
