Any deer processors make spicy sticks.

It has been a while since I had them made at Bardines in Crabtree but I would take lean meat in 25 lb increments and he would make them into nice hot and smoked sticks. I guess they are no longer doing anything with deer.
Anyone know someone who makes tasty sticks in the Westmoreland County area?
Thanks!

Karras's near Delmont makes them. Jalapeņo/maple. Habanero/maple and a few other combinations. If you're coming north on 66 out of Delmont, makes the right turn just before where the Volkswagen is up on the pole. It's back in there.

Thanks and now I see that I accidentally posted this in the wrong forum.
How may I post it correctly?

I see that Sam Monteparte in New Alexandria processes deer . Does he make any tasty products?
