It has been a while since I had them made at Bardines in Crabtree but I would take lean meat in 25 lb increments and he would make them into nice hot and smoked sticks. I guess they are no longer doing anything with deer.
Anyone know someone who makes tasty sticks in the Westmoreland County area?
Karras's near Delmont makes them. Jalapeņo/maple. Habanero/maple and a few other combinations. If you're coming north on 66 out of Delmont, makes the right turn just before where the Volkswagen is up on the pole. It's back in there.
