Cabelas Vacum Sealer

Hey Guys,
I am in the market to replace my basic Food Saver vacum sealer that is getting tired and I am looking at the Cabelas brand 12" commercial grade vacum sealer about $329. Can you tell me whether you would recommend this vacum sealer?
Primary use will be for deer processing. I make sausage, snack sticks and jerky.
Thanks,
Tony

I've had one for about 7 years. Works great. I plant a big garden and we freeze 100+ pint bags of corn each year. I also do about 75-100 bags of panfish and walleye fillets every season. Lots of squirrel, deer, and turkey cuts.

I buy the cheap bags at Rural King, they work as well as the Cabelas bag.

I have a 12" cabelas vacuum sealer but its not the commercial.
either way it works great as long as you control moisture.
but that's the same with any vacuum sealer

We freeze everything in bags, with a paper binder on open end of bag, then seal everything after it's froze.
