Pickled hot bologna

Hey guys anyone know of a recipe that is really close to Millers ? I fill my empty Millers up with venison bologna and just love it. I would like to have a recipe so I can make my own.

I don't have a "recipe" for say, but I make something like it. All I do vinegar lots of minced garlic, and crushed red pepper. I do it with the hearts at the end of the year.

Here ya go.

Hot Bologna (spicy)
1 ring bologna
1 tbsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups white vinegar
3/4 cup water

Cut ring of bologna in pieces, about 2 inches long. Place in a glass jar. Add crushed red pepper, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix white vinegar and water. Pour over bologna. Shake well, place lid on jar and refrigerate. Should be ready in a day or two.
